CD-R of recordings made by Peter Jewell at a Day Centre in South London in around 1970. Peter recorded older people discussing their memories of cinemagoing in the silent era in his role as a social worker. The recordings were made on reel to reel tape and were recorded by Nick Hall for the museum in 2011. Due to the deterioration in the tapes the audio quality is variable.
