Edited by Peter Murray, this is a collection of memories of Lacock inhabitants. The photographic pioneer, William Henry Fox Talbot, came to live in the town and the Fox Talbot Museum is located at Lacock Abbey. An aerial view of the town at the front includes a handwritten note: "coffin makers' barn where first cameras were made."
