Detailed and scholarly account of the production history of "It's All True", shot by Orson Welles in Mexico and Brazil in the early 1940s but never completed. The author draws on extensive primary sources, including RKO records, personal interviews and archival papers and reproduces numerous photographs from South America at the time of Welles's work there.
