Sheet music to ''Balalaika': A Play with Music'. Libretto by Eric Maschwitz; music composed by George Posford and Bernard Grün. The musical was originally produced in 1933 as The Gay Hussar and transferred to London at the Adelphi Theatre in 1936. The musical was filmed by MGM under director Reinhold Schünzel in 1939, starring Nelson Eddy and Ilona Massey.
