French screenplay of Jean Cocteau's avant garde film 'Le sang d'un poete', illustrated with B&W stills and with short essays by Cocteau introducing and concluding the main text. Inside the front cover is a faded newspaper obituary of photographer Lee Penrose Miller (The Times, 1 August 1977), who made her only screen appearance in Cocteau's film.
