Printed clip release form, containing an agreement between Peter Jewell and Nitrate London Ltd, authorising the use of a short clip of Bill Douglas' footage of Charlie Chaplin's house being burned down in Julien Temple's film 'This is London.' Accompanying this is a handwritten note from Julien's wife, Amanda Temple, thanking Peter for allowing Bill's clip to be used. The film was later released as "London: the Modern Babylon (2012)"
