Letters from film historian David Williams, regarding the numerous mistakes made by Channel 4's 1995. programme 'Secret Lives'. These included the myth that Disney was 'unable to draw Mickey Mouse'. Williams sets the record straight, stating that Disney was a graphic artist who animated his early silent films himself. Williams also calls into question the biography of Disney, by Marc Elliott, which allegedly states that women were confined to menial jobs; negating the fact that such female artists as Holland and Moberly were integral to the Studios.
