Promotional postcard for a Contemporary Japanese Film Festival at the London College of Printing, staged around 2002. The 3-day festival comprised eight short or 16mm films produced between 1997 and 2002 - a scene from one of them - 'Maruboro Gaaru' ('Marlboro Girl') - features on the front of the postcard. The reverse of the postcard has brief details of, and a still from, each of the films in the season together with booking information. The event was supported by the Embassy of Japan among others.
