Young was Director of the National Film School which became the National Film and Television School; An exchange of letters between Anthony Attard, Nik Powell and Colin Young May - June 2017 relating to the National Film School which Anthony Attard attended 1974-1977; A copy of a letter from Anthony Attard to David Puttnam, dated 20 June 2017, congratulating Puttnam on his appointment as President of The National Film and Television School. Attached is a copy of an earlier letter, dated 10 August 2000, to film director and screenwriter Michael Radford, who attended the National Film and Television School;
