The front cover includes a still from the film of Dorothy Gish as Nell Gwyn and Randle Ayrton as Charles II. The cover also states the film is in 9 acts (Skeuspil I 9 Akter) and was distributed by First National Pictures (British National Pictures). Inside, the press-book includes a list of the main actors (Hovedpersonerne) as well as a synopsis of the film's plot. There are three further stills featured from the press-book: the first is of Nell Gwyn before she becomes the King's mistress; the second is of a mock joust in the palace; and the third of Nell in the King's bedchamber.
