We are very sorry but we will have to close the museum to the public on the weekend of Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September. This is due to construction works taking place in the Old Library building which houses the museum - a crane is being used and health and safety legislation means that there cannot be anyone not part of the building team allowed on site.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We will be open every other day throughout the summer, including now the weekend of 4-5 September.
