The Anti Racist Film Programme was a follow up to Third Eye: London's Festival of Third World Cinema. This is the first such programme and was an attempt to form a film circuit that combined both community venues and the established arts cinema venues. Filmmakers invited to the session included: Ayoka Chenzira, Meerata Meeta, Tapan Bose, Debra Robinson, Rigoberto Lopez, Tomas Alea, H.O.Nazareth, Sankofa, Kelvin Richard, Imruh Caesar, Menelik Shabazz, and Salmaan Peerzada.
