Adaptation

Both of these cards were sent to BAFTA members for their consideration. Part 1 has the appearance of the cover of a manuscript. There is one image of Nicolas Cage's head as a broken flower pot. Included on this card are extracts of dialogue from the film, a list of cast and crew being recommended for awards and critical praise for director Spike Jonze and screenwriters Charlie and Donald Kaufman. Part 2 features the broken flower pot image on the front and includes stills from the film, the list of cast and crew being recommended for awards and critical praise for actors Nicolas Cage, Chris Cooper and Meryl Streep.
