Large and lavishly-illustrated companion volume to the film 'Babel' (Alejandro González Iñárritu, 2012), which depicts interlocking events that take place in Morocco, Japan and America. Most of the book comprises full-page plates in both colour and B&W, showing film stills, production shots and other photographs taken on location. The photographs - like the film - are intended to reflect upon the contrasts and similarities between the different cultures in these three continents.
