Second volume of the Cole Porter Centennial Collection (Volume 1 dealt with the songwriter's work in the 1930s), covering Porter's work from the 1920s, 1940s and 1950s. The book contains entries on each of his songs, as well as short essays on the song's principal performers, a discography and biographical essay on Porter's life. There are numerous B&W photographs, including stills from films such as True Love and High Society.
