This is a black and white film still from the silent crime film Man Under Cover from 1922, directed by Tod Browning. The still depicts Herbert Rawlinson as Paul Porter as he lights the fuse for a device that opens the safe shown behind him. He wears a suit and a newsboy hat. On the reverse of the photograph there is a stamp for the Standard Theatre in Cleveland Ohio. The film was written by Louis Victor Eytinge during his imprisonment as he was serving time for murder.
