Part 1 is the Newsletter which contains articles including: advance notice of an Eadweard Muybridge retrospective at Tate Britain; a report by Jennifer Utteridge on the Society's Spring Meeting at the Birmingham and Midland Institute, 17 April 2010; a brief article by Bill Barnes on the Brenograph Atmospheric Lantern; 'Professor Pepper revisited' - an account by Jeremy Fisher on the second series of talks, jointly organised by the Magic Lantern Society and the University of Westminster, at the Old Polytechnic; an article on Walter Tyler song slides by Keith Utteridge; an exchange of letters from the Melbourne Argus on the subject of stereo projection by magic lantern. Part 2 is a reprint of the Society Newsletter No. 1, March 1980, containing a two-page advertisement for a phantasmagoria entertainment. Part 3 is the Minutes of the Business Part of Society's Spring Meeting, 17 April 2010. Part 4 is the Agenda for the Society's Summer Meeting in Brighton, 3 July 2010 while Part 5 gives details of the Society Brighton and Hove Seaside Summer Weekend, 2-4 July 2010.
