Programme for the Gala Opening of the new M-G-M Empire Theatre in Leicester Square in London on 19th December 1962. The programme contains a wealth of information about the new and previous Empire Theatres on the site as well as the screening of the M-G-M film 'Jumbo', directed by Charles Walters and starring Doris Day, Stephen Boyd, Jimmy Durante, Martha Raye and Dean Jagger with which the new theatre opened.
