Sheet music to 'Carousel' by the composer Richard Rodgers. Oscar Hammerstein II wrote the lyrics and the scenario. The musical play is adapted by Benjamin F. Glaser from 'Liliom' by the play writer Ferenc Molnár. This play is also the basis for Fritz Lang's film of the same name (1934). The musical version was originally a broadway production by The Theatre Guild in 1945. This is a copy of the 1950's production at The Theatre Royal, London.
