A promotional postcard for a theatrical production of Noel Coward's 'Still Life' (famously adapted for the screen as 'Brief Encounter' in 1946) which was produced by Dead Posh Productions and staged at Venue 21 as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2012. The front side of the postcard features a black and white photo of the two principal actors, reminiscent of David Lean's aforementioned adaptation, as well as details about the performance's complimentary tea and cake. The rear side of the post card offers a brief synopsis of the play and its history. It is also noted that a donation from each ticket will go to The Railway Mission charity. Venue information, performance times and contact information is also provided.
