Large poster print of Arnold Friburg's 1975 painting 'The Prayer at Valley Forge', which depicts George Washington at prayer beside his horse in the American revolutionary wars. The poster is signed in two places by Friburg and dated 29th May 1982. Friburg signed the poster for Bill Douglas who visited him during his trip to California in 1982 with John Kobal to research Cecil B.DeMille. Friburg was an art director on the 1956 'The Ten Commandments', producing previsualisation paintings for DeMIlle prior to production.
