A4 publicity poster for a public lecture entitled ' All the mountains Of the Earth: Visual Culture and Global Travel in Victorian Britain' by Professor Tiago de Luca from the University of Warwick, held at the Bill Douglas Cinema Museum on 14 September 2019. Prof de Luca discussed a range of visual spectacles using the image of the globe to simulate international travel such as panoramas, Hale's Tours and other attractions. This was part of Heritage Open Day at the museum. Professor de Luca had researched at the museum with a stipend award in 2017.
